What happens after a workshop ends

What actually happens when you stop a RoomRadar session: the meeting is archived immediately, and you review the raw transcript in replay or build a report from it whenever you are ready.

Ending a multi-table workshop the old way means the real work is only starting: hours of listening back to notes, reconciling what each table said. In RoomRadar, stopping the session is closer to the finish line than the start of one. This is what happens after a workshop ends, from the click on Stop to a finished report in your hands.

Stopping the session

Click Stop in the workspace header (or the bottom control bar on mobile). There is no confirmation dialog, stop is immediate and, in RoomRadar's session model, terminal: the meeting cannot be resumed afterward as the same live session. It is archived on the server right away, ending billing and disconnecting every group's phone, and reappears as a finished conversation, not a live one.

If participants were given the option to exclude a topic from analysis, a panel shows how many groups have submitted their choices, with a Finalize analysis now override if you do not want to wait for everyone. If your workshop does not use topic opt-out, this step is skipped entirely.

You land back on the home hub. The finished conversation appears under Samtal, ready to review in replay.

Two different things: replay and analysis

It is worth being precise here, because they are not the same feature. Replay is the archived meeting itself: the full per-group transcripts, as they happened, plus the overview RoomRadar already built while the workshop was running, open it straight from the Samtal tab, nothing to generate. Analysis is a separate, facilitator-built report: you choose one or more stopped conversations as sources, pick which parts to generate, and RoomRadar builds a report from those transcripts. Replay is for reviewing what was said; analysis is for producing something to share.

Building the report

Open Analyses
From the home hub, go to Analyser and choose Create analysis.

Choose sources
Pick the stopped conversation (or several) to base the report on.

Pick your parts
Choose which parts to generate, text summary, insight report, presentation, sketchnote. Turn on all of them, or just what you need.

Generate
Confirm to start. RoomRadar shows a live progress readout, which stage it is on, and a time estimate based on your own recent runs, typically 30 to 90 seconds for a first generation. You do not have to wait on the page; come back later and the finished report is there.

An analysis is not locked to one conversation. Combine several stopped workshops into a single report when you want themes compared across sessions, not just across tables in one room.
Generating or regenerating a report only works once the meeting is paused or stopped, you cannot generate the final report while a session is still live.

FAQ

Can I undo stopping a session?

No. Stopping is terminal in RoomRadar's session model, the meeting becomes an archived conversation rather than continuing as the same live session. Nothing is lost: the full transcript and the overview are available in replay afterward.

Does the report generate automatically when I stop?

No. Stopping archives the meeting and prepares its replay, but building the report is a separate step you trigger yourself from the Analyser tab, pick your sources and the parts you want, then generate.

Where do I find a workshop after it has ended?

Open the home hub. The conversation itself, with its full transcript, is under Samtal. Any report you build from it lives separately under Analyser.
