The group cards: status at a glance

Every connected table shows up as its own card. A card lights up while its group is actively talking, shows a muted icon if you have muted it, and flags a warning icon if it hits an error state. A card in the middle of joining shows a connecting indicator instead of controls. Click the headphone icon on any card to listen in live, or open its menu to rename it or disconnect it.

The live transcript

Select a group to see its transcript update in real time as RoomRadar transcribes what is being said at that table. This is the ground truth, useful when you want to read exactly what a group said rather than a summary of it.

The overview: themes and a timeline across every table

The overview is what makes monitoring several tables at once possible without reading every transcript. As the meeting runs, it builds up topics in focus, a "what's being discussed right now" card per group, and a timeline that lays every group out on a shared time axis, one row per table. Blocks on that timeline are colored by dimension, topic, sentiment, energy, and sized to the actual time spent, so silence reads as empty space and a long, single-colored block reads as sustained focus. Click a block to drill into the sentences behind it.

The overview needs a few minutes of live conversation before it has anything to show, early on it tells you it is still building up from moments generated during the meeting.

Let alerts flag the table that needs you

Rather than watching every card constantly, turn on Alerts from the bell icon: it can flag groups that have gone quiet compared to the others, groups that seem to need help or are stuck, and groups drifting off the topic you set. When one fires, you get a toast naming the group so you know exactly where to look, you can also mute the sound and just check the bell dropdown periodically instead.
