Find a past workshop conversation or analysis

How to find a specific breakout-group conversation or report in RoomRadar once you have run many workshops: search by title or group name, filter by number of groups, length and date, and sort the list.

The search on home (the small Sök control at the right of the Workshops heading; click it or press "/" and it opens into a field) looks through every workshop on your account at once: its name, the names of its parts, its analyses and its group names. Type a word from any of them (a part called "Budskap" is found by "budskap", a table called "Finance" by "finance") and the cards narrow to what matches; the count beside the heading follows. The filter icon beside it opens a menu where you can narrow by how many groups were recorded, how many parts the workshop has, how long it ran and when it took place, and pick a sort order.

Search

Search matches every word you type, in any order, and ignores case and accents. "strategy june" finds a conversation named "June strategy day". For a workshop the search reads its name, the names of its parts, the names of its analyses and the names of its groups. For the older analyses listed under Övriga analyser it reads the title, the names of the conversations they were built from, and the kinds of output they contain, so searching "sketchnote" lists every one that has one. The words you searched for are marked in each result, and when the hit came from somewhere other than the name a small note at the foot of the card says which: "Samtal: Budskap", "Analys: Dagens rapport", "Grupp: Bord 3".

While a search is active, Övriga analyser is hidden when nothing there matches rather than shown empty. If nothing at all matches you get a single line saying so: "Inga workshopar matchar".

Filter and sort

1
Open the filter menu
Click the filter icon at the right of the Workshops heading, beside the Sök control.
2
Pick a sort order
Under Sort by, choose newest or oldest created first (the default: a workshop you just made sits at the top), by planned date (a conversation running now first, then the workshops underway, then today's and the upcoming ones soonest first, then the past ones), most conversations first, most groups first, or name A to Z. A workshop you never named sorts under N as "Namnlös workshop", in creation order.
3
Narrow by groups, length and date
Each of Groups, Conversations, Length and Date is a slider with two handles: drag the left one to set the lowest value you want and the right one for the highest. A handle left at the end of its track means no limit, so pushing only the left handle of Groups to 10 reads "10 or more". The current selection is written out next to the section name. Under Date the four quick picks (today, past 7 days, past 30 days, past 3 months) set the slider for you, and you can drag either handle afterwards to land on any span.
4
Read the result
Close the menu. Each active filter shows as a chip under the heading with an x to remove just that one, and the filter icon carries a count so a short list never passes for the whole list. Clear filters resets everything.
Filters run against your whole archive, not only the rows already on screen. Choosing "10 or more" groups and "Longest first" is a quick way to pull up your biggest workshops even if they were months ago.

See more from the home page

Home is a grid of cards, one per workshop, newest created first, so a workshop you just made is at the top; pick By planned date under the filter to see them in the order of the calendar instead (a conversation running right now first, then the workshops underway, then today's and the upcoming ones soonest first, then the past ones). A workshop you created and have not opened since says Ny in a blue pill for a day; opening it clears the pill. The card's frame is its state: grey before anything has begun ("Om 3 dagar", "Idag"), yellow while it is underway ("Pågående", or "Pågår nu" with a red dot while a conversation records), green when every conversation is recorded ("3 dagar sen"). On the card: how many conversations are done ("1 av 3 klara" with a ring, a check when all are), the date and time or a pill for a span of days (hover it for every day's times), one dot per conversation in its colour (hover one for its name and state) and "3 samtal · 5 grupper", a button that opens a list of the conversations with their groups under each; hover the ring at the top right to see which conversations are recorded. Visa fler at the foot reveals the rest. Open a workshop and its conversations and analyses are in the sidebar under Samtal and Analyser.

FAQ

Does search look inside the transcript?

No. Transcripts are stored encrypted, so search reads titles and group names for conversations, and titles, source conversation names and output types for analyses. To search inside what was said, open the conversation's replay or ask the analysis chat.

Why does a planned workshop disappear when I filter by length?

A workshop whose parts have not been recorded yet has no length. Any length filter hides it; set Length back to Any to see it.

Where did the Conversations and Analyses pages go?

There is one list now, of workshops. A conversation is a part of a workshop, and an analysis belongs to the workshop it was built from; both are in that workshop's sidebar. Analyses built from conversations in different workshops are listed at the bottom of home under Övriga analyser.

Do filters apply to shared conversations too?

Yes. Conversations shared with you are searched, filtered and sorted with the same rules as your own.

Where did the date headings go?

The list groups by date only when it is in newest-first order and no search is active. Under another sort order or a search it shows one flat list with a result count instead.
