See every breakout group across the day
The Grupper page shows each table of a workshop across every conversation of the day: which phone was in, what it landed on, and where identity slipped. Rename, merge, split or link a group from one place.

To see every breakout group across a workshop day in RoomRadar, open the workshop's top-right menu and choose Grupper. The page is a grid: one row per table, one column per conversation of the day, and in each cell what that table was in that conversation, a phone in and heard, a phone that dropped at 10:42, a recording of 1 240 words, or nothing at all. It is the one place to check identity before the day's card goes out, and to fix it: a table renamed, two rows that were really one table merged, a phone that switched tables split off, a stray phone linked to its table.
What a group is
The page says it at the bottom: "En grupp är en telefon. Vem som sitter vid bordet vet bara ni." A group is the phone that picked a table on the join screen, in this conversation and the next; RoomRadar follows the phone, not the people. That is why a table's row runs across the day: the same phone picked "Bord 3" again on part two ("Senast"), so part two's cell belongs to the same row. Two phones that both picked a table are one group, "2 telefoner". A phone that typed a new name under Ny grupp is a new row, marked "Namnet skrevs på telefonen" on hover. A phone that pressed Byt grupp in its footer mid-conversation moved to another row for that conversation only; earlier conversations keep their rows.
Reading the grid
A column is a conversation, in plan order, titled as in the plan ("Övning 1, i grupp"); a conversation planned with new groups carries "nya grupper" under its title. A cell reads: "pågår" while that conversation is live and the phone is in; "med" for a phone that was in; "bortkopplad 10:42" for a phone that dropped and never came back; "fortsatte 10:48" when the table continued on another phone; "1 240 ord" once the conversation is recorded (or "inspelad" while the words are still being counted); "bortkopplad av dig" for a table you hid; "digital" for a bot in a Zoom, Teams or Meet call; "inte med" as a faint dash when the table was absent. Hover any cell for the full words.
Under the grid, per conversation that has any, Utan grupp lists the phones nobody linked to a table, a phone that joined without picking, a bot, a recording from before the workshop had groups. Each has one button, Koppla till grupp, which asks "Vilken grupp är {name}?" and offers the tables ("Samma som Bord 3") or Ny grupp.
What each group landed on
Press the chevron at the start of a row, Över dagen, and it folds out one line per recorded conversation with the positions and items that table arrived at: Beslut, Förslag, Farhåga, Fråga, as the live analysis named them. Nothing is recomputed or merged; it is the same analysis, read through the row's links, so a table that changed phones mid-day still reads as one story. A row with nothing recorded yet says "Inget inspelat för den här gruppen än."; a table that recorded but has no positions or items in the analysis yet says "Inspelad, men analysen har inget från den här gruppen än."
Fixing a group
Where the tables come from
Rows appear when the first conversation starts, or earlier if you plan them: the conversation sheet's Grupper row has a stepper ("Grupper · 4") that makes four named tables, which then wait on the connection screen and on every phone's join screen. See assign phones to breakout groups. Before either, the page says "Grupperna dyker upp här när det första samtalet startar, eller när du lägger till dem i samtalets inställningar."
FAQ
No. Tables that pick their own row on each part's join screen are linked by themselves, and the post-stop screen names a table that was missing ("Bord 4 var inte med."). The page is where you go when something in that line, or in the sidebar's Utan grupp note, needs a decision.
Yes. Every action on the page shows a pill with Ångra; the merge dialog and the split dialog both say "Går att ångra". The recordings are never altered, only which row they belong to.
You pressed Dölj on that table's row in the live sidebar during that conversation. It is out of the live numbers for that part only; what it said before is still recorded, and it comes straight back if its phone rejoins.
At narrow widths the grid becomes a list of cards, one per table, with a strip of dots (one per conversation) that opens into the same lines. Every action is there too.
It is the same links. The Ny analys flow's "Är det samma grupper?" asks about a gap once and saves the answer here; the Grupper page shows every link across the day and lets you change one before or after an analys.
