The text document open as an editor, with the floating AI box under it

To edit the text document of an analysis, open the analysis and choose Textdokument: the page is the editor. Click into any paragraph, heading, list, callout or quote and type; it saves by itself a moment after you stop (a small "Sparat" appears). To let the AI do the work, use the box under the document: type what you want changed, or press one of the quick asks, and watch the blocks change one by one. Every AI change comes with one line saying what it did and Ångra beside it.

What the document is

The text document is written from the analysis of the parts you chose, in the same voice as the quick summaries: the point first, short paragraphs, the tables by their names ("Bord 3"). It opens with a short "Kort sagt" box, then headings, paragraphs, lists, an occasional callout for a risk or a decision, and quotes with the table they came from. A document written before this style keeps its text as it was, laid out the same way; nothing is rewritten unless you ask.

Edit by hand

1
Type where it is
Click into a block and type. Enter at the end of a paragraph starts a new one; Backspace in an empty block removes it and puts you back in the one above. Enter in a list adds an item; Enter on an empty last item leaves the list.
2
Use the handle
Hover a block and a small handle appears at its left. Click it for Flytta upp, Flytta ned, the kinds a block can become (Rubrik, Underrubrik, Text, Punktlista, Numrerad lista, Ruta, Citat), the colour of a Ruta, and Ta bort. Press the handle and drag to move the block: it lifts under the pointer, the others make room, and letting go puts it there (Cmd+Z takes it back).
3
Pick a block with /
In an empty block, type / and choose what it should be.
4
Undo
Cmd+Z (Ctrl+Z on Windows) takes back your last typing, a move or an AI change, one step at a time.

Edit with the AI

1
Say what you want
Click the box at the bottom ("Be AI:n ändra något") and write it in your own words: "gör risken tydligare", "slå ihop de två första styckena", "lägg till en rad om nästa steg". Enter sends it.
2
Or press a quick ask
When the box has focus, four pills appear: Kortare, Lägg till en sammanfattning överst, Gör om till punktlista, Tydligare rubriker. Kortare works on the section your cursor is in; select text first and it works on the selection.
3
Watch it land
While the AI works, the box says what it is changing and the blocks it touches are tinted; old text fades and the new text arrives block by block. When it is done, one line tells you what changed, with Ångra beside it.
4
Ask about a selection
Select some text and a small bar offers Fråga AI om markeringen; the box then shows the selection as a chip and the AI edits only that.
The AI reads the document and the analysis it was built from, nothing else. It never adds a quote that is not in the analysis, and it never invents names.

Export and share

Dela at the top right, while the Textdokument is open, opens a small menu; Ladda ner som Word (.docx) saves the document as a Word file, and Länk till den här vyn shares the analysis opening on the document. Sharing the analysis (see share an analysis or chat) shows the document to the reader as it is, without the handles or the box.

FAQ

Where did Redigera go?

It is not needed: the page is the editor. Click into any block and type.

Did my old documents change?

No. A document written before the new style keeps every word; it is only laid out the same way as new ones. Ask the AI in the box if you want it rewritten.

Can I undo what the AI did?

Yes, in one step: press Ångra in the box right after, or Cmd+Z any time later.

Why does the AI say it found nothing to change?

Your ask did not match anything in the document, or the AI could not follow it. Try saying it another way, or select the text you mean first.
