Combine several meetings into one analysis
Build a single analysis from more than one workshop, add each meeting as a source, keep the groups you want, and link the same table across sessions so it reads as one discussion.

Not every analysis comes from a single session. If a topic ran across two workshops, or you want one report that spans a whole series, RoomRadar lets you build one analysis from several meetings at once. You add each meeting as a source under Underlag, and the analysis reads across all of them together.
Add more than one source
Open an analysis and go to Underlag. Alongside the first meeting, add any other meetings from the list on the right, and documents or images if you have them. Each one becomes a source the analysis draws on, and the count at the top shows how many sources are in play.
Keep only the groups you want
A source meeting may include groups that do not belong in this particular analysis. Open a source's group settings and use Grupper att behålla (groups to keep) to tick only the ones you want. The rest are left out.
Link the same table across meetings
When the same table met in two sessions, you can tell RoomRadar they are the same group. Open Länka grupper (link groups) and drag from a group in one meeting to its counterpart in the other. Linked groups are treated as one continuous discussion, so their themes and summaries combine instead of being counted as two separate tables.
